Cervical Myoma is a benign tumor composed of muscle tissue parts. They rarely develop in the cervix and lower uterus. When they do this, they are usually accompanied by fibroids in the upper part of the uterus. This part of the uterus is also called fibroids.

Large cervical fibroids may partially block the urinary tract or may protrude (prolapse) into the vagina. Sores can sometimes occur on prolapsed fibroids, which can be infected, bleeding, or both. Prolapsed fibroids can also prevent urine flow.
