Reduce red meat intake

Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits
Fresh vegetables and fruits are recognized as the best anti-cancer foods, and there is sufficient evidence to reduce the risk of cancer in the mouth, pharynx, esophagus, lung, stomach, colon, rectum, etc., and it is likely to lower the throat, pancreas, breast, bladder The risk of cancer may also reduce the risk of cervical, endometrial, liver, and prostate cancer. Adults should eat 300-500 grams of vegetables a day, eat a variety of vegetables, at least half of dark vegetables; eat 200-400 grams of fruit a day. When eating fruit, try to eat as much as possible without being squeezed into juice.
